Primary Responsibilities
  • Process new sales leads and provide estimates to customers
  • Monitor all active leads, track and follow up accordingly
  • Prospect Center of Influences (COI’s) and make introductions
  • Daily route preparations including: regular meeting attendance, continuing education and coaching with manager, contact preparations and job referral activity, priorities planning, reporting & administration
  • Route Contact Business Development including: executing contact Business Development cycle, documenting progress, developing sales objectives, debriefing with manager, executing referral and client appreciation activities
  • Commercial Business Development including: conducting ERP (Emergency Readiness Program) presentations, ERP data collection, developing/presenting ERP program to clients, regular client visits and follow-up to ensure priority readiness
  • Conduct estimates/follow up on leads including pricing, selling and communicating to the Operations department
  • Entertainment & Events including: coordinating continuing education events for clients, coordinating marketing & entertainment events, professional association participation. participate in professional networking events
  • Priority responding including first response marketing, reconnaissance and lead qualification, maintaining brag book and franchise references, executing local response, executing storm response 
Position Requirements
  • A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven track record with sales and marketing within the service sector
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  
Pay Rate
Competitive base PLUS activity-based commission and increases based on merit. (Listed salary is base alone).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
