Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records. They will follow up on outstanding accounts to receive payments to keep the company in a positive cash flow position.
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Create and send out customer invoices
- Perform Accounts Receivable activities with a goal of keeping the AR Balance to 10% of revenue
- Coordinate with other staff for assistance in AR activities
- Negotiate payment arrangements
- Coordinate with attorney and/or Small Claims court on delinquent accounts
- Perform Bank deposits

. Subcontractor Management
- Verify Subcontractor invoices are properly billed for
- Verify and maintain Subcontractor insurance compliance
- Reconstruction
- Coordinate with Operations Team at job initiation to determine payment schedule and insurance company/mortgage company agreement
- Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure customer payments are made according to payment schedule
Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of QuickBooks Online
- 3+ years of high volume collections experience
- Superb customer service, administrative and verbal/written communication skills
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Formal Education/Training:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- HS Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
