As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative duties of the department. This includes taking incoming calls, tracking sales leads, coordinating estimates, processes new sales leads, providing outstanding customer service and managing active jobs.
- Answer inbound phone calls and process new sales leads
- Manage active jobs with clients and employees
- Monitor all active leads, track and follow up accordingly
- 2+ years of administrative/support experience
- Strong oral/written communication
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent time management ability including punctuality
- Superb organization skills
