24-7 Restoration is growing! We are a locally owned emergency disaster response and reconstruction company looking for Reconstruction Superintendent/Field Manager to join our team. Our company provides services up and down the front range to a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. Job Summary:

Project Superintendents and Field Managers will be responsible for all aspects of the schedule, quality and budget as it relates to the performance of the reconstruction activities.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reconstruction
  • Excellent communication skills , including writing, speaking and listening
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Coordinated and highly organized
  • Manage through schedules, daily logs and multitasking
  • Great problem solving and decision making skills
  • Moderate computer skills for use of project management software
  • Have reliable transportation and personal cell phone
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Ability to lead by example and set the tone
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shifts M-F
  • Possible weekend work required

COVID-19 considerations:
Vaccination is strongly recommended. In addition, we provide masks, gloves, and booties for all workers. For all hazardous activities (such as mold clean-up) we provide proper personal protective gear.

Experience:
  • 3-5 years in construction management

Work Location: Based out of local office and travel to surrounding areas projects.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
