The Construction Office Coordinator performs all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job
management, tracking, and customer satisfaction activities. They will have additional general office responsibilities
such as: drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive, enter calls and beacon properties
- Perform excellent customer service
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Prepare job folders
- Perform weekly customer call backs
- Prepare written correspondence with customers
- Assist marketing department with CE class promotions/registrations, general marketing projects
Required Qualifications:
- Typically, two or more years of administrative or office-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Desired Qualifications:
- Customer service experience, quality assurance
- Experience providing admin support in cleaning, restoration, or construction service industry
- Ability to multi-task
Required Education:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
